When will we deliver?
Quality sheds are in high demand and delivery times vary greatly depending on the manufacturer. A quality shed will last years and years so we believe it's worth waiting a couple of extra weeks to get the right product.
Once you have placed your order, the sales team will immediately process the booking. The dispatch team will then contact you by phone or email to agree a delivery date with you. Shipping Costs
Shipping to most UK mainland addresses is free on all products over £99 in value. There may be surcharges if you require special delivery times or specific days, or for delivery to northern Scotland, Cornwall and the islands.
How will my order be delivered?
Sheds are delivered by specialist shipping companies. Your shed is delivered on a pallet and unloaded off the delivery vehicle via a tail lift and pallet truck. The vast majority of our sheds are delivered flat-packed ready for self-assembly.
Therefore the delivery driver may be unable to take it much further than the curbside or your driveway, depending on access. Where the delivery is made is down to the delivery driver’s discretion.
Deliveries of sheds must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver but arrived on the day you selected and in the time slot we advised but there is nobody in, then we would have to take the package away and there may be re-delivery charges.
Guaranteed Delivery Times
In general, items are delivered on weekdays, on a day agreed with you. If you need weekend delivery, or to specify a time slot during a particular day, we can often accommodate this - though sometimes at an additional cost. Please call us for more information.
We advise that you do not arrange for an installer to arrive the same day as delivery, as we may not be able to guarantee delivery times.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the UK. There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. We will advise you if this is the case before your order is accepted.
Shipping Times
Due to Covid and changes in the EU trading situation, shipping times may be slower than usual at the moment and are likely to be between 2 and 6 weeks. However, some lines are taking even longer to dispatch. We are in close contact with our manufacturers and suppliers so that we can keep you fully updated regarding the status of your delivery. Please place your order as soon as possible to minimise any delay.
Ready for Delivery
We recommend that you are prepared for the delivery of your shed, preferably with the foundation laid well in advance. Most sheds will take at least 2-3 weeks to be delivered, sometimes longer in times of high demand. We suggest ordering at the earliest stage in your project to give your team to prepare the site.
From pallet to garden
Please do not attempt to lift the pallet! After inspecting the goods, most customers carry manageable-size components to their shed base. This may require two adults to move heavier items.
Installation Services
Because no two sheds installations are the same, we do not quote standard assembly and installation prices. While we are able to offer professional installation services for many of our products, we often find that customers prefer to use local trades people to assist them. In many cases, customers will assemble their own sheds (after all, we only work with manufacturers who produce easy to use products!).
